Beautiful designed hotel, our stay was really nice.
The hotel was near to the township of Hanmer, easy walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants and bars and different areas of the camp and the town centre and thermal springs thanks to its fantastic and stunning location.

Great value for the money, cozy and well-equipped cabin with beautiful mountain views. The staff was super helpful and even assisted us with setting up a rollaway bed due to my broken finger. The location was awesome, within walking distance to the hot pools and everything in town.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offer more variety or healthier options.

Cleanliness of facilities, spacious cabin, comfortable for whole family and would be excellent value. Walk to town and pools and easy access to mountainbiking trails.

It was really nice experience, didn't want to leave.
We appreciated rooms with a bed. The decor was modern and the staff were excellent friendly. Its location was fantastic, close enough to the town centre and Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa, and shops and hot pools.

Really enjoyed central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave oven in the room. The location was central, favourable to everything else we 've booked around the south island.

Great location. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent communal showers/toilets. Lots of activities for kids. Large cabin with kitchen amenities. Overwhelming sense of relaxation upon arrival.

Excellent customer service that went beyond what they were required to do. Very family friendly and an excellent location for young family - we could walk everywhere no problem.
Double bed was a bit hard and the lounge area was just a little bit too 'snug'. However, in terms of value for money I think it was great.
